Printing Palette operates as an online print-on-demand e-commerce destination providing custom-designed apparel, home decor, and accessories (the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you (the "User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are prohibited from utilizing our Site or Services.

1. Account Terms

  • Eligibility: By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the legal age in your state, province, or country of residence.

  • Account Security: If you create an account on our Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for any and all transactions and activities that occur under your account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service at our sole discretion if any provided information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency and Rates: All product listings are displayed in US Dollars ($) or local currencies where applicable. Final checkout balances are collected globally via our international payment integrations.

  • Gateway Processing: Payments are securely processed through integrated third-party international payment gateways (including Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay International). By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

  • Price Adjustment: Printing Palette reserves the right to adjust, change, or modify retail prices or shipping rates at any time without prior notice to account for fluctuations in manufacturing costs or international currency exchange rates.

3. Product Descriptions and Specifications

  • Print-on-Demand Variance: Printing Palette operates entirely on a print-on-demand model. Every single item—including our 11 or 15 oz mugs, precision desk mats, and 50-page creative diaries and alot more—is individually custom-printed to order. Because each item is unique, minor structural variations in design alignment, color saturation, or sizing may occur.

  • Digital Displays: We make every effort to display product colors and layout mockups as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen's display of any color will perfectly replicate the exact shade of the physical print.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Right of Refusal: The receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time after receiving your order, to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.

  • Order Limitations: We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout (printingpalette12@gmail.com).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Fulfillment Timelines: Because our inventory is custom-made on demand, items typically require a standard production time of 2 to 5 business days to print, inspect, and package before physical dispatch.

  • International Routing: Orders are routed directly to regional fulfillment hubs across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe depending on your shipping profile to minimize delivery delays. Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically the moment your parcel ships.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure your package arrives within estimated carrier timelines, Printing Palette is not legally responsible for third-party courier shipping delays, customs holds, or global logistical disruptions.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Risk Mitigation

  • Custom Production Policy: Because all items are custom-manufactured to order, Printing Palette maintains a strict zero-inventory policy. We do not accommodate standard returns, refunds, or order modifications for accidental customer mistakes.

  • Sizing and Model Selections: Customers are required to double-check dimensions, capacities, and device model selections carefully before completing their purchase (e.g., measuring desktop dimensions for desk mats or verifying phone dimensions). We cannot provide free replacements, exchanges, or refunds if a customer mistakenly orders the incorrect size or variation.

  • Damaged or Misprinted Goods: If your item arrives physically damaged, shattered, or exhibits a severe manufacturing misprint, you must contact our customer support team at printingpalette12@gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect alongside your order number so our team can evaluate and issue a free replacement.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other restrictions set forth in these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Site or its contents:

  • For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To submit false, misleading, or deceptive information.

  • To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in a way that affects the functionality or operation of the Services or Site.

  • To copy, scrape, duplicate, redistribute, or exploit any custom vector artwork, layouts, product descriptions, or graphic prints created by Printing Palette without explicit written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Printing Palette, our founder Ansh, our suppliers, developers, or service providers be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, or any similar damages arising from your use of any of our services or products procured through the Site, even if advised of their possibility. Our total cumulative liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the exact amount you paid to us for the specific product causing the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate legal agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in absolute accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this Site or transactions conducted herein must be brought exclusively before the competent courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
