Printing Palette: Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Because every single piece across our collections—including our precision desk mats, 15 oz mugs, and 50-page creative diaries—is custom-made on demand just for you, Printing Palette maintains a strict zero-inventory model. We do not mass-manufacture items or keep warehouses of stock, meaning every product is individually printed to honor an order.
Please read our eligibility criteria carefully before finalizing your custom workspace selections.
1. Non-Returnable Items & Sizing Risks
Because our items are custom-manufactured to order the exact moment you check out, we do not accept standard returns, refunds, or exchanges for accidental customer mistakes.

Wrong Sizing/Model Selection: Customers are entirely responsible for double-checking sizing dimensions, print styles, and device variants before purchasing. We cannot offer free replacements or out-of-pocket refunds if you mistakenly order the incorrect size desk mat or wrong variant of an item.

Change of Mind: Once an item completes its processing window and moves into production, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned simply because of a change of preference.
2. 7-Day Broken/Damaged Item Window
We want you to love your custom workspace capsule gear. If your item arrives broken, shattered, or exhibits a severe manufacturing misprint, we will gladly fast-track a free replacement.

The Eligibility Window: You must report any transit damage or defects within 7 days only for broken items from the official carrier delivery date.

The Evidence Requirement: To secure a free replacement or refund for a damaged item, you must email clear photographic or video evidence of the broken product and its shipping label to

3. Refund Process and Timing
In cases where a replacement print is unavailable and a structural refund is approved by our support team:

Processing Layout: Approved refunds are processed instantly on our backend and credited back to your original international payment gateway method (Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay International).

Clearance Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your local bank account balance, depending entirely on your financial institution's standard international processing timelines.
4. Return Shipping Costs

In the rare event that a physical inspection return is authorized by our team, the customer is fully responsible for organizing and covering all return shipping freight costs to our operational hub.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable as they are consumed instantly by third-party global couriers at the time of initial dispatch.
